Terms of Service

You agree to these Terms of Service below when you make a purchase from Glowing Geckos LLC. All live animal purchases come with lifetime communication with us for any questions you may have.

PAYMENT PLANS:

  • We offer payment plans on animals priced over $300. Payment plans can be negotiated for 30 or 60 days.

  • Contact us if you would like to request a payment plan. The animal will be placed on hold once the deposit is received.

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold an animal. The remaining 75% must be paid within 30 or 60 days (whichever is agreed upon by both parties). The customer may make the remaining payments in intervals and quantities of their choosing.

  • If full payment is not received by 30 or 60 days, Glowing Geckos LLC will make multiple attempts to reach the customer. If no contact or payment is made, the animal will be re-listed and payments will be non-refundable to cover the cost of housing and caring for the animal during the hold period. 


SHIPPING / LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

  • Glowing Geckos offers a Live Arrival Guarantee on all animals shipped to a FedEx Ship Center ("Hub") if temperatures are between 35-85 degrees in both locations.

  • We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays for next day arrival. We strongly prefer to ship to a FedEx Ship Center (“Hub”). We can ship to a residential address if the customer prefers, but the Live Arrival guarantee is void due to possible delivery delays out of our control (sitting on a truck all day, delivered to wrong address by delivery driver, etc.)

  • Animals must be picked up within 3 hours of the FedEx opening, or within 3 hours of "ready for pickup" status on the tracking number.

  • A deceased arrival has never happened in our history, and we will ask for photos and videos to be sent within 1 hour for a dead on arrival claim. In the extremely rare case this happens, Glowing Geckos LLC offers a 100% refund, store credit, or exchange for an animal of the same value. 

  • If we feel it is too unsafe to ship due to extreme temperatures, we will not ship the animal, as their safety comes first.

  • Animals on hold or paid in full will be held and cared for at no extra charge by Glowing Geckos until the weather improves to safely ship.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to FedEx or other delivery services (example: lost package), as this is out of our control. A claim can be made directly with FedEx in this incredibly rare instance.

  • Do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or requests!


SEXING GUARANTEE:

  • Animals are sexed via a jeweler’s loupe & macro photography to the best of our ability.

  • Photos of the animal’s vent area can be provided to serious inquiries upon request.

  • If the animal is below 30 grams, we cannot 100% guarantee sex. We will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges for animals that grow up to be a different sex than expected.


PURCHASES/PHOTOS:

  • All live animal purchase are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once paid. Contact us if you have paid for an animal and can no longer receive it.

  • Photos are taken to best represent the animal with natural lighting and/or professional lighting. The only photo editing that may be done is increasing/decreasing the brightness or image quality, and nothing that will change the animal’s colors, markings, structure, or representation. We pride ourselves on accurately representing the animals in photographs!

  • We can send additional photos and/or videos of the animals by customer request for serious inquiries only.

  • We can take an updated weight upon request.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to sell an animal to anyone for any reason (this may include admission of poor husbandry, or other reasons).

  • Our availability and prices are subject to change.
